Special hotel, relaxing rooms, decent location. Don't hesitate to order continental breakfast as it's quick.

The staff was fabulously helpful and the room very fancy and functional. We walked everywhere, the location was unbeatable. What's more, it was really close to the Duomo, railway station. The hotel took care of the friendly service too.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is good! We enjoyed the convenience of the classic twin room, as well as climate control, a flat-screen TV and a safe. The place is right next to Florence downtown. Useful base for a 2-night stay.

Here we stayed adjacent to piazza della signoria. The workers were really FRIENDLY. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Ciro and Sons that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

the location was excellent, with rinaldini nearby, where we could eat. some of popular places such as piazzale michelangelo were next to this venue.
